I know what you're thinking, but this is not your average chip! Recipes are everywhere for the best ever chocolate chip cookies but after years of devouring cookies from Canada to Hawaii, I was not prepared to look on a store package and start baking. They had to have that chew, that particular crumb texture and I think I found it! Melting the butter first, chilling the dough and a few of my other talents....well, you have to try these!
